We will reply with an answer or a confirmation of all orders sent to us to make sure all items are in stock. If not, we will recommend substitutions.

We will not set up orders for pick up or delivery until we have agreed and have heard from you in a reply message and payment has been arranged. This may take several back and forth communications.

We deliver in the local area but we charge for delivery. The charge is a trip charge which means you can buy as much as you want per trip. If the item is too heavy for one man we will send two men but a double charge will be incurred. We will need your name, address and telephone number before we can make any deliveries. Delivery charges are kept to a minimum and are tailgate deliveries. If items need to be lugged long distances away an extra charge will be incurred. Tell us where the order can be left. We will reply with the delivery cost for your area.

Orders can be paid for by check or credit card. Mail us a check or call in your credit card number. Mention that your order has been placed on the email site.

If orders are picked up at the nursery they can be paid for at that time.

We do have a digital camera and if you are unable to come and take a look we will take a picture for you. Spring is very busy so bear with us on this one.
