Scabiosa "scab-ee-o'sa" Pincushion Flower Sun. Flowers borne on wiry stems. Centers look like pin heads in a cushion surrounded by fluffy petals. Prefer light loam soil, neutral to alkaline. Plant in groups for effect. Deadheading will prolong bloom but terminal seed heads are great dried flowers.
